1. Turn the printer off to clear the printer buffer.
2. Turn the printer on again.
If a previous print job was paused before it was printed, turn the printer and
the computer off, then turn both back on again, or cancel any print jobs
using the BJ Status Monitor or BJ Print Monitor. See "Cancelling a Print Job"
on page 7.
Check the Printer dialog box to verify that the correct printer driver
is selected.
Create the document again and print it. If it prints successfully, the original
file was corrupted.
