Storing and Transporting the Printer

If you need to ship the printer or store if for over one month, take the
following steps.
Turn off the printer.

The print head is recapped automatically.

Switch off the battery pack.
Make sure the printer is turned off before cleaning it.
Do not clean the printer body with volatile liquids like
thinner or benzine. Doing so will damage the surface of the
printer.
When cleaning the printer, avoid the area near the print
head on the BJ cartridge. Do not touch the print head.
