If the DIP switch 7 is set to OFF (AGM mode disabled), paper is
fed in n/72 inch.
After text line spacing is set, use the ESC 2 code to enable the
text line spacing.
Set Form Length
Set form (page) length to n lines or inches, where n can range from 1 to
255.

The current line position becomes the top of page position.
Later changes in line spacing have no effect on page length.
This code releases the skip perforation settings, but does not
change the vertical tab settings.
If the printer is in IBM Proprinter X24E emulation with the auto
sheet feeder installed, page length setting becomes effective after
the current page is ejected. The exceptions are: if the current page
is at the top of page position, or if the present line number is
smaller than the page length setting, then the page is not ejected,
and the current line position taken as the top of page.
If the printer is in the Canon BJ-130e emulation, then regardless
of the auto sheet feeder, the new page length setting becomes
effective immediately, and the current position is taken as the top
of page.
Select/Cancel Emphasized Mode
Select or cancel printing in twice the normal dot density.

entered in 17 cpi mode, the printer is set to the emphasized 10 cpi mode.
