Remove the BJ Cartridge.
Caution
Avoid touching the electrode on the mounting base.
Prepare a new BJ cartridge and follow the installation procedure

described in the "Installing the BJ Cartridge" Section on page 15.
Cautions
When discarding a used BJ cartridge, place
it in a vinyl bag to avoid the possibility of
ink spilling out.
The print head is a special precision
component, so do not touch it.
Do not subject the BJ cartridge to physical
shock or vibration. Doing so might cuase
the ink to spill out on your hands or
clothes.
