Disconnect the recorder from the
computer, and then press the
button briefly, press the  FF/ and
 FR/ buttons to select the desired
folder, and then press the PLAY/
ENTER button.

Press the  FF/ and  FR/ buttons
to select the file that you want to play.

Press the PLAY/ENTER button to start
playback.

Press the  STOP button to stop
playback.
