12. Remove the display cable (1) from the adhesive that secures it to the display back cover, and then
release the display cable from the retention clips (2) and routing channel built into the display back
cover.
Display cables are available as the following spare part numbers:
L99852-001: Touch panel
L99853-001: Nontouch panel
13. If you need to remove the hinges from the display back cover:
a. Remove the four Phillips M2.5 × 4.9 screws (1) that secure the hinges to the computer.
b. Release the hinges (2) by sliding them toward the inside of the computer.
c. Remove the display hinges (3).
The display hinges are available as spare part number M01188-001.
