1. Prepare the computer for disassembly
2. Remove the keyboard/top cover
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see
Remove the display assembly:
1. Disconnect the WLAN antenna cables (1) from the terminals on the WLAN module.
NOTE:
WLAN antenna cable labeled 2/AUX connects to the WLAN module Aux terminal.
2. Disconnect the camera cable (2) from the system board.
3. Release the cable from the retention clips (3) and routing channels built into the bottom cover.
4. Release the adhesive strip (4) that secures the display cable to the system board.
5. Disconnect the display cable (5) from the system board.
6. Release the display cable from the retention clips (6) and routing channels built into the bottom cover
7. Open the computer as far as it will open.
