This is necessary to provide technical support if problems occur.
Carry out the following steps:
1. Press the button extended protocol.
2. Carry out the application, which caused problems. This is stored in the Log-File.
3. Press download protocol, store the File and send it to the technical support after a tele-
phone consultation.
