Rooms are Too Cold
Cause
Central heating is off.
Control unit incorrectly set.
Control unit fault:
"Fault" is displayed and the red fault indicator flashes
The heating circuit pump is not working.
Heating circuit with mixing valve: Mixing valve motor
faulty
Rooms are Too Hot
Cause
Control unit incorrectly set.
Control unit fault or outdoor temperature sensor/
boiler water temperature sensor faulty:
"Fault" will be displayed; the red fault indicator flashes.
Heating circuit with mixing valve: Mixing valve motor
faulty

Remedy
Check the settings and correct if required:
The heating circuit must be switched on (see page 23)
Room temperature (see page 18)
Time (see page 37)
Switching times (see page 19)
Check the type of fault (see page 39) and notify your
heating contractor.
Contact your heating contractor.
Unlock motor lever A and manually adjust mixing valve lever
B (e.g. to "5"). Contact your local heating contractor.
Remedy
Check the settings and correct if required:
The heating circuit must be on (see page 23).
Room temperature (see page 18)
Time (see page 37)
Switching times (see page 19)
Check the type of fault (see page 39) and notify your local
heating contractor.
Unhook motorized lever A and manually adjust mixing valve
lever B (to "5" for example).
Notify your heating contractor.
