6.5.2 STREAM STRAIGHTENERS WITH FOG NOZZLES

The flow path of a fog nozzle serves as a stream straightener. Use of a stream straightener with a fog

nozzle will increase the stresses on the monitor's gear train and may lead to premature wear. Use of a
stream straightener with a fog nozzle is not recommended.
