Step 3 Install CPU
In most cases, the CPU is already installed in the motherboard. Follow the procedures in this step to install a different CPU.
You can change to a different CPU by removing the installed CPU and installing a new CPU. Make sure all junpers are set correctly. You
must be absolutely certain of the voltage of the new CPU. You must be absolutely certain that the jumpers for 3.3V and 5V CPUs are
set correctly. See pages 15 through 17 for jumper setting information.
Improper CPU installation can damage the CPU and the
motherboard. You must follow the procedures in this
section exactly as documented.
