The AMI Baby Voyager has an Intel® 80486 microprocessor, operating
at 33 MHz.
P r o c e s s o r S p e e d s P r o c e s s o r S p e e d s
The microprocessor has two clock speeds, high and low. The high
clock speed is set at time of manufacture to 33 MHz. The low clock
speed is 8 MHz. The clock speeds can be changed via the keyboard by
the keystroke combinations (Ctrl><Alt><+> and <Ctrl><Alt><->.
These keystrokes can be changed by the OEM via AMIBCP (AMI BIOS
Configuration Program).
C a c h e M e m o r y C a c h e M e m o r y
The external cache memory size can be either 64 KB or 256 KB. Up to
32 MB of system memory can be cached. There are 0 wait states for
cache memory read and write. Burst mode is supported for caching.
M a i n M e m o r y M a i n M e m o r y
The AMI Baby Voyager supports up to 32 MB via two banks of 4 MB x
9 SIMMs. The Baby Voyager uses 70 ns SIMMs when operating at 33
MHz.
