2. LCD display Y output adjustment (NTSC)
1. Enter the test mode. (Refer to Section 5-2.)
2. Press the "MENU" button, open System SETUP in a
main menu, and set a color-bar signal to ON.
3. Confirm that color bars are displayed on the LCD
monitor of CCU.
4. Connect an LCD_Y signal (at pin 9 of CN4) to the
oscilloscope at TP3 on the PD-106 board and observe
it.
Trigger a PSIG signal at TP6 on the PD-106 board and
observe it. (H period)
5. Select CH2 of EVR3 to satisfy specifications and
change the data value for adjustment.
Specification: A = Y signal 500 ± 25 mV
(including a sync signal)
6. Perform "3. LCD display color-difference output
adjustment (NTSC)".

1. Connect an LCD_Y signal (at pin 10 of CN4) to the
oscilloscope at TP2 on the PD-106 board and observe
it (with the trigger set).
2. Select CH3 of EVR3 to satisfy specifications and
change the data value for adjustment.
Specification: B = R-Y signal 245 ± 25 mV
3. Perform "4. LCD display VCO adjustment (NTSC)".

1. Connect a PLL (RPD) signal (at pin 7 of CN4) to the
oscilloscope at TP4 on the PD-106 board and observe
it (with the trigger set).
2. Select CH4 of EVR3 to satisfy specifications and
change the data value for adjustment.
Specification: C = DC value 1.90 ± 0.05 VDC
(to GND)

1. Connect an LCD_G-Sig signal (at pin 1 of CN4) to the
oscilloscope at TP8 on the PD-106 board and observe
it (with the trigger set).
2. Select NO. 0C of ADJ LCD SETTING to satisfy
specifications, change the data value, and adjust so that
the amplitude voltage satisfies the specifications.
Specification: D = 8.0 ± 0.1 V p-p
3. Perform "6. LCD display signal sensor voltage
adjustment (NTSC)".
