P.C. board
Do not detach the inverter for 5 minutes after
turning off the breaker as doing so may cause
electric shocks.
1. Detachment
1) Perform Step 1 of 1 and step 1) of 3.
2) Remove the lead wire clamps (2 positions) fixing
the sensor lead. ( Fig. 4-1 )
3) Cut the banding band .
(1 position) ( Fig. 4-1 )
4) Remove the all connectors from the interface
P.C. board.
Disengage the lock on the housing to unplug
the connector.
CN502 ... TD sensor (3P: white)
CN507 ... TO sensor (2P: yellow)
CN520 ... TE sensor (2P: green)
CN505 ... TS sensor (2P: white)
CN523 ... TL sensor (2P: white)
CN317 ... 4-way valve coil (3P: blue)
CN300 ... PMV coil (6P: white)
CN312 ... 2-way valve coil: SV4 (3P:red)
CN311 ... 2-way valve coil: SV2 (3P:white)
CN308 ... Thermostat (2P: blue)
CN501 ... High-pressure sensor (4P: red)
CN500 ... Low-pressure sensor (4P: white)
CN600 ... Connection with IPDU P.C. board (CN852) (5P: blue)
CN400 ... Connection with IPDU P.C. board (CN01) (3P: white)
5) Remove the 2 screws fixing the I/F P.C. board to remove it.

6) Lift up on the I/F P.C. board and move it. ( Fig. 4-3 )

Do not detach the inverter for 5 minutes after

1) Cut the banding band and remove the connector
connected the reactor lead. ( Fig. 4-4 )
2) Cut the banding band and remove the connector
connected the compressor lead. ( Fig. 4-4 )
3) Remove the connector connected the high presser SW
and fan motor. ( Fig. 4-5 )
Disengage the lock on the housing to unplug
the connector.
CN500 ... High pressure SW lead (2P: red)
CN300 ... Fan motor lead (3P: white)
4) Remove the sensor lead from the clamp wire in the back
of the IPDU P.C. board fixing board. ( Fig. 4-6 )
5) Remove the screw for the IPDU P.C. board box and
partition plate.
(M4×10, 1 ) ( Fig. 4-7 )
6) Remove the screws for inverter cover (A) and
inverter fixing plate (front). ( Fig. 4-7 )
(M4×10, 2)
7) Lift up on the IPDU P.C. board and move it. ( Fig. 4-8 )
