The building also shields the first 10 degrees of the radar’s elevation. Therefore the file needs 10 degrees of elevation entered in each distance cell to 5,000m (100 x 52 rows) and each azimuth cell between 30 to 50 degrees (columns 61 to 100) in csv file.

For example; there is no way to observe rain with high accuracy using a fast antenna rotation speed or having wide detection range, high PRF, high sensitivity, and high resolution.
