PROGRAMS
PREPARATION
PROG 1
20 minutes prior to sport to prepare and warm up
your muscles. The frequencies vary from 1 to 13 Hz to
provide a genuine massage effect.

DEVELOPMENT
PROG 2
This program allows to improve the assets on the level
of muscular form.
Duration : 40 min
FITNESS
PROG 3
Use this program to maintain the level of muscle
endurance, resistance, and volume acquired.

This program relieves the muscular tensions effectively.

I. INSERTION OF BATTERIES
Check that the device is switched OFF.
Open the batteries compartment, insert three 1,5 V AAA LR03 batteries into the compartment, comply with + and – indications then to
close the case.
Do not mix used and good batteries. For an optimal use of your device, it is advised to use good quality alkaline batteries.
Do not use rechargeable batteries.
II. STARTING THE UNIT
A. PRESENTATION OF THE UNIT
Your electromusculation device is an hight-tech appliance, it meets the current requirements in the field of medical application.
The interface « man machine » was simplified to the maximum; it is realized from lightened pictograms, indicators and function key.
Among the eight pictograms the one enlightened in green displays you the program chosen by the «

Every time when the power is on, the device carries out an auto-test on 11 essential safety parameters.

SILHOUETT E SCULPT
40 minutes of body building to firm up, but also to
increase muscular volume after a period of inactivity.
This programme is ideal for keeping the body firm and
for re-shaping your silhouette. Frequencies vary from
30 to 60 Hz alternated with frequencies at 10 Hz and
3 Hz for active recovery to build up muscle resistance.
Duration : 40 min
RECOVERY
Thanks to fast frequencies changes this program
allows the muscles to recover faster through relaxing
effects.
Duration : 20 min
RELAXING MASSAGE
20 minutes to relieve muscular fatigue and allow you
to recover after physical effort. The frequencies vary
from 40 to 100 Hz to provide the state of wellbeing of
a relaxing massage.

MUSCLE TONIC
20 minutes of more strenuous weight lifting to work
on target areas. Frequencies vary from 70 to 100 Hz
alternated with frequencies at 3 Hz for active recovery
to build up tonicity and muscular strength.
