When troubleshooting GVC3220, users could go to GVC3220 home screen ➔ Applications ➔ Diagnosis

Then, follow the instructions on each function to perform Camera Test, Remote Control Key Test, Built-in
Speaker Test and etc. During the test, users could press the BACK key or follow the prompt to exit the test.
