Setting the On Timer

You can set the on timer to automatically turn on the
TV to a preset channel or input at a preset time.
To activate the On Timer:

From the APPLICATIONS menu, highlight On
Timer and press T.

Press B or b to select Enable On Timer, and
then press C or cto select On.
Note: If the Enable On Timer is set to Off, other menus
under On Timer cannot be selected.
To set the On Timer:

From the APPLICATIONS menu, highlight On
Timer and press T.

Input: To select video input source (ANT/
CABLE, Video 1, Video 2, ColorStream HD1,
ColorStream HD2, HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3,
HDMI 4 or PC)
Channel: To select the channel when the TV
turns on.
Note: When an external input is selected in the Input
menu, this feature cannot be selected.
Volume: To set the volume when the TV turns
on.
Time until Power On: To set the time when the
TV turns on from now with C or c or the number
buttons (maximum of 12 hours and 50 minutes).
Note:
• While the On Timer is set to On, the On Timer LED is
turned on (- "LED indications" on page 73).
• If you do not operate the TV for 1 hour after it is powered
on by the On Timer feature, the TV will automatically turn
itself off.
To cancel the On Timer:

From the APPLICATIONS menu, highlight On
Timer and press T.

Press B or b to select Enable On Timer.

Setting the Sleep Timer

You can set the sleep timer to turn off the TV after a
set length of time (maximum of 12 hours and 50
minutes).
To set the sleep timer using the remote control:
Press [ on the remote control to set the length of
time until the TV turns off. Repeatedly press [ to
increase the time in 10-minute increments, or press
B or b to increase or decrease the time in 10-minute
increments, to a maximum of 12 hours and 50
minutes.
To set the sleep timer using the on-screen menus:

From the APPLICATIONS menu, highlight
Sleep Timer and press T.

Press the number buttons to enter the length of
time or press C or c to increase or decrease in 10-
minute increments (maximum of 12 hours and 50
minutes).
Note: When a power failure occurs, the sleep timer setting
may be cleared.
To display the remaining sleep time:
Press [.
To cancel the sleep timer:
Repeatedly press [ until it is set to 0 minutes.
