Probable Causes
A. The signal windows on the
remote control are blocked or
dirty.
B. The remote control signal sensor
on the toilet is not receiving the
signal.

A. Make sure your hands are not
covering the two black windows on
the top edges of the remote control.
Clean the windows if they are
dirty.

have any obstructions near it.
