Job aid: SFP models with DDI support

Any Digital Diagnostic Indicating (DDI) SFP can be used in any Ethernet
Routing Switch 4500 that supports SFPs beginning with Release 5.2. The
optical functions of the SFP are supported. Access to the DDI information
will be provided in a future release.
The following table lists and describes the Nortel SFP models with DDI
capability.
