Connect the collectors alternately across (up to 10 collectors side by side).

In the idle state, the lines near the collectors reach high temperatures.

For that reason, only use the gaskets supplied.

Use only temperature-resistant insulation material (> 175
areas insulation must also be UV and weather-resistant.
- Never use zinc-plated/galvanized pipes, fittings etc.
- Install flow and return lines without air locks or install manual air vent
valves.
- Install an air vent trap at the highest point in the flow riser.
Note: If the solar lines have not already been installed, route them from the
collector array to the intended connection point to enable the tightness to be
checked before the casing parts are fitted.

For flushing and filling the solar thermal system, we recommend the use of a
fill & flush pump that runs for at least 30 to 60 minutes. This makes manual
venting superfluous.
