Cleaning the water intake filter

Clean the water inlet filler at regular intervals. After closing the delivery
tap, unscrew the ring nut (ref. A fig. 6-01) on the water inlet pipe (using a
pair of pliers, if necessary) and delicately clean the filler, removing depos-
its or impurities.
Then firmly fix the pipe by tightening the ring nut (ref. A fig. 6-01) (use a
pair of pliers, if necessary).

Cleaning the spray arms

The spray arms can be easily removed for periodic cleaning of the noz-
zles, to pre-vent possible clogging. Wash them under running water (at
room temperature) and carefully replace them in their seats, checking
that their rotary movement is in no way impeded; if this is not the case,
make sure they have been mounted properly.
Removing the spray arms
• To remove the upper spray arm (ref. A fig. 6-02), unscrew the locking
ring (ref. B fig. 6-02) by turning it clockwise. After cleaning, remount
the spray arm in its seat and tighten the locking ring by turning it anti-
clockwise.
• To remove the orbital spray arm assembly (ref. A fig. 6-03), take hold
of the lower arm (ref. B fig. 6-03) and pull the orbital unit upward (see
fig. 6-03).
After cleaning, remount the orbital spray arm in its seat and push it down
slightly until it clicks into place on the lower spray arm (see fig. 6-03). Then
remount the lower spray arm into its seat and push it down slightly until it
click into place (see fig. 6-03).
