Loading the lower rack
(see fig. 5-10)
Carefully load flat plates, soup plates, dessert and serving dishes, posi-
tioning them vertically. Pots, pans and their covers must be loaded upside
down. When loading soup plates and dessert bowls, be sure to leave a
gap between them.
