Cleaning the HCSS80

Do not clean any area inside of the HCSS80. If the HCSS80
covers require cleaning, dampen a paper towel or soft, clean cloth
with a liquid, nonabrasive glass cleaner or water.
To avoid damage to the HCSS80, do not pour or spray the cleaner
or water directly onto the HCSS80. Always apply the liquid to the
cloth first.
Do not use any other cleaners or solvents on the HCSS80 or they
may interact with the paint on the covers, eventually causing the
paint to peel.
If after reviewing the Problems and following the recommended
solutions the problem persists, call for assistance.

Solution
• Open the HCSS80 door.
• Jammed paper is not visible in the area indicated.
Close the HCSS80 door.
• The Touch Screen indicates a jam in the Exit
Module. Open the Exit Module and clear any
visible sheets.
• Open and close the HCSS80 door.
• Clear any other areas indicated on the Touch
Screen.
• Open the HCSS80 door.
• Jammed paper is not visible in the area indicated.
Close the HCSS80 door.
• If the fault code remains, open the Exit Module. No
jammed sheets are visible.
• Undock the HCSS80. Find the jammed sheet
between the Exit Module and the HCSS80. Refer
to the Note below this table for information on how
to undock the HCSS80.
• Clear any other areas indicated on the Touch
Screen.
