Insert the free end of fuel tank breather hose
into the hole of steering shaft as shown in the
illustration.
Be sure not to bend or twist the hose when
installing.
A: Fuel tank breather hose
B: Steering stem shaft
C: Handlebars
D: Ignition switch
E: Ignition switch lead wire
Fix the steering head cover by using two fasteners.
NOTE:
To install the fastener, pull the center pin as
and fix the fastener by pushing the center pin

FUEL TANK VENT HOSE
Insert the free end of fuel tank vent hose to the hole
of steering head cover.

Be sure not to bend or twist the hose when
installing.

1. Lift the vehicle with a hoist, then balance the vehi-
cle.
2. Pull the crate base forward.
Place the vehicle in a clean working area and then
remove the hoist hook.
