CLI Commands

ip ospf message-digest-key

Use the ip ospf message-digest-key command to specify the message-digest key for the
interface. This command enables OSPF MD5 authentication. Use the no form of the command
to remove an old MD5 key.
Syntax
ip ospf message-digest-key key_id algorithm key
no ip ospf message-digest-key key_id

Example
To specify the message-digest key to be 3 with password mypwd:
G350-001(if:FastEthernet 10/2)# ip ospf message-digest-key 3 md5 mypwd
