3. Enable the security database on Avaya AES, as this functionality is utilized by TASKE
Contact. From the CTI OAM Home menu, select Administration
Configuration to display the TSAPI Configuration screen displayed in Figure 17 below.
For TCP Preferred Naming Format select IP Address followed by Apply Changes.
