Valve with external travel sensor
Fix positioner 1 at a suitable location.
The GEMÜ 1446 00 ZMP
mounting bracket (to be ordered
separately) can be used to do
this.
Assemble the travel sensor (see chapter
3.1 "Assembling the travel sensor").
Mount travel sensor 4 to actuator 3 and

fi x it to travel sensor 4 using a suitable
open-end wrench SW27.

3.4 Mounting the positioner using
a mounting bracket
The positioner is mounted with a
mounting bracket when valves are
used which have larger position
changes than the integrated travel
sensor on the positioner can detect.

Valve with mounting bracket
Assemble the travel sensor (see chapter
3.1 "Assembling the travel sensor").
Place mounting bracket 5 with travel
sensor 4 on actuator 3 and fi x it to travel
sensor 4 using a suitable open-end
wrench SW27.
Fix positioner 1 to mounting bracket 5.
