Repair instructions LC 141C

5.6 To replace the handle

WARNING: Before you start, disconnect the
power cord from the product.
1. Pull the cables from the hook at the bottom of the
handle.
2. Remove the cable holders.
3. Remove the outer motor cover, see "5.2 To remove
and attach the outer motor cover".
4. Remove the 4 nuts that hold the inner motor cover
and lift it off.
5. Remove the 2 terminal screws that hold the cables to
the handle.

6. Remove the 4 screws from the cable entry brackets.
7. Remove the brackets and carefully lift out the cable,
the inductor (A), the capacitor (B) and the
temperature control sensor (C).
8. Remove the knobs, the handle fixing blocks and the
bolts.
9. Replace with a new handle in opposite sequence.
Make sure that the inductor, the capacitor and the
temperature control sensor are put in the correct
position in the motor fixing plate.
CAUTION: If the temperature control sensor
is not positioned correctly the motor
overheats.
