(1) The analog value being output is always reconverted into a digital value within
the Q62DA-FG and the result is stored. (Refer to Section 3.2.3.)

(2) To validate a value set to Rate control enable/disable setting, turn on and off
Operating condition setting request (Y9). (Refer to Section 3.3.2.)
(3) The default setting is all-channel rate control disable.
