POINT
(1) Function versions A and B are not available for the Q62DA-FG. Function
version C indicates that the module supports the multiple CPU configuration
and Online module change.
(2) Depending on the version of GX Configurator-DA, CPU modules and
functions of the Q62DA-FG differ.
