Spacer Table Attachment/Removal (LEF2-300D)

Attach or remove the spacer table according to the thickness of the object to be printed on.
• Thickness of object to be printed on is 0 to 100 mm (0 to 3.94 in.): Attach
• Thickness of object to be printed on is 100 to 200 mm (3.94 to 7.87 in.): Remove
The spacer table does not have a suction function. When using the spacer table, turn off the vacuum function in
the machine settings.

Attaching the Spacer Table

Sharp components
CAUTION
Take care to avoid injuries arising from touching the edges of the spacer table and other such sharp com-
ponents.
Procedure
1.
Turn on the sub power.
2.
Press [SETUP].
[SETUP] starts to flash.
3.
Press [DOWN] and [▼] to move the flat table to the lowest and frontmost (forward) position.
4.
Open the front cover.
5.
Remove any installed positioning jigs.
6.
Temporarily tighten the screws in the four locations shown in the figure.
Make a space between the screw heads and the table of approximately 2 mm (78.7 mil) (

Check the front and rear positions of the spacer table.
The side with a notch at the fixing location is the rear side, and the side without a notch is the front side.
8.
Hold the left and right sides of the spacer table, and place the spacer table in the position shown in the figure.
