Troubleshooting

Problem Reason

Solution
• Measurement in progress, remain quiet.
• Replace all four batteries with new ones.
Insert the batteries in the correct
positions. Be aware of +/- positions.
• Press "start/stop" button again and
remeasure.
• Check if cuff is wrapped according
to instructions.
• Check that there are no kinks in tube.
• Check that hand is relaxed.
• Check if talking or moving
during measurement.
• Check if posture is correct.
• The pulse signals on the cuff are too
weak. Re-position the cuff and repeat the
measurement.
• The cuff is not fastened properly. Re-position
the cuff and repeat the measurement.
• Relax for a while and repeat the
measurement. Make sure the cuff is correctly
positioned on your arm.
• The cuff is not fastened properly. Re-fit the
cuff, and take a measurement again.
• Remove and then reinsert the batteries. If the
problem persists, contact customer support.
• Remove and then reinsert the batteries. If the
problem persists, contact customer support .
• Device will automatically restart using the
original Bluetooth firmware. Re-initiate the
firmware download process or follow the on-
screen instruction from Braun APP.
