File Repair

The system may crash while the recording is in progress. If this happens, your record file may be

damaged. To repair a damaged file, go the File Repair page to run the file repair process.

1. Open the "File Repair" page and click the "File List" drop-down menu to select the damaged MP4

file.

2. If the MP4 file can be repaired, you will see a pop-up dialogue box prompting "MP4_FIX_OK", click

OK then the "Submit" button.

Note: If the selected MP4 file cannot be repaired, a dialogue box prompting

"MP4_FIX_ERROR_MDATA" will pop up.

3. The file is repaired when you see a dialogue box prompting "File repair finish!!". Click OK and

reboot the NVS-31.
