This adjustment is necessary each time the system is drained us-
ing the filtering pump and then refilled.
NOTE: the water that goes to the filter comes in part from the
suction nozzles on the bottom of the tub and in part from the
compensation tank. It is advisable to leave the ball valve (
2, 2a, 3, 3a - detail3) located on the bottom nozzles only
partially open, so as to suction about 60-70% from the com-
pensation tank and approximately 40-30% from the bottom
nozzles of the spa.
Turn on the omnipolar switch located on the power supply line
(see the chapter on connections and electrical safety).
Press the TEST button of the differential switch located up-
stream from the electrical system to which the spa is connect-
ed. If it does not trip, it may be faulty or it may have tripped due
to problems in the electrical system.
Disconnect the spa and do not use it until you have e-
liminated the defect.
Fill the system with water, i.e. fill the spa until the overflow
channel overflows and let it flow into the compensation tank.
NOTE:
If you use the hose for garden work, let water run
for a while before filling the spa. This will eliminate stag-
nant water in the hose along with any bacteria which may
cause irritations.
Check that the various couplings and clamps provide a per-
fect seal.
When the minimum level switch on the compensation tank is
closed, automatic filling of water also starts through the solenoid
valve. This is indicated on the display by the message "Fill".
You can now close manual water filling.
NOTE: if the minimum level switch does not give permission,
the system will remain shut down, including the filling solenoid.
See the chapter on error messages. During initial filling, until
the water reaches the operating level, all spa functions con-
trolled by the electrical panel are locked, except for water fill-
ing through solenoid valve. This protects the entire system
(dry running of pumps, heating start-up, etc.).
When the level of water in the compensation tanks, the so-
lenoid valve is de-activated (the operating level has been
reached).
NOTE: afterwards, if the level of water in the compensation
tanks drops below the minimum level, the solenoid valve will
restore the operating level.
Check the operation of the hydromassage pumps with the
keys: "Pump1"
and "Pump2"
Check blower operation by pressing the key "Blower"
Check that the spotlights switch on and off using the key
"Light"

Completely disinfect the spa by carrying out "super-chlorination"
treatment.
Please refer to the Jacuzzi system water treatment
guide and relative catalogue for details on water qual-
ity maintenance, the methods and warnings governing
the use of relative chemical products.
After a few hours, turn off the omnipolar switch(es).
Open the discharge valves and drain the spa.
ATTENTION
Do not use the spa the first time you start it as there
is a high concentration of chlorine in the water dur-
ing this phase. Immediately empty the bath.
Contact the local authorities for the standards
governing the discharge of chemically treated
water.
Refill the spa, following the previously described procedure.
Turn the omnipolar switch(es) back on and set the filtering cy-
cles according to client needs. Establish a water treatment
schedule.

WARNINGS

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ
THE FOLLOWING WARNINGS.
Jacuzzi Europe S.p.A. accepts no liability for
damages arising from failure to observe the fol-
lowing directions.
Do not use the water at temperatures over 40°C.

10-15 minutes, a lower water temperature must be set. This
applies also to children.
