One of my clients cannot access the Internet anymore. They had access to the Internet (with the
WAH7601), but the Internet connection is not available anymore.
Make sure your client is not blocked.

Make sure your SIM card's mobile data is enabled.

If you have set a data limit, make sure you have not reached it yet. You can check your data left in the

Configuration > Network > Data Usage > Total Data Statistics screen.
Reboot the WAH7601.

The Internet connection is slow or intermittent.
There might be a lot of traffic on the network. If the WAH7601 is sending or receiving a lot of information,

try closing some programs that use the Internet, especially peer-to-peer applications.
Check the signal strength on the WAH7601's Signal LED. If the signal strength is low, try moving the

WAH7601 closer to the ISP's base station if possible, or try pointing it directly to the ISP's base station.
Look around to see if there are any devices that might be interfering with the wireless network (for
example, microwaves, other wireless networks, and so on).
Reboot the WAH7601.

If the problem continues, contact the network administrator or vendor.

14.5 WiFi Connections

I cannot access the WAH7601.
Make sure WiFi is enabled on the WAH7601. You can enable or disable the WAH7601's WiFi by pushing

the WPS button on the WAH7601. See
Make sure the WiFi adapter (installed on your computer) is IEEE 802.11 compatible and supports the

same WiFi standard as the WAH7601's active radio.
Make sure your device (with a WiFi adapter installed) is within the transmission range of the WAH7601.

Make sure you are using the correct WiFi network name and password to connect to your WAH7601.

Check your WiFi network settings.
