STEP 5 :
1.Fasten the Handlebar(27R/L) with the
Bolt(29)the Curved washer(30) and the Cap
nut(25) onto the Swing tube(28L/R).
2. Connect the Pulse sensor wire (57) and
the Connection wire (15) with the wires of
console (19) respectively, and then fasten
the console (19) onto the console bracket of
the Handlebar post (17) with the Cross pan
head screw (21).
3. Insert one side of adapter into the tail of
bike, and another plug insert to power sup-
ply.
Now, your machine is ready to use.
HOW TO PLUG THE POWER ADAPTER
IMPORTANT: If the exercise elliptical has been exposed to cold temperatures, allow it to warm to room
temperature before plugging in the power adapter. If you do not do this, you may damage the console
displays or other electronic components.
Plug the power adapter into the receptacle on the frame of the
exercise elliptical.
Next, plug the power adapter into the plug adapter.
Then, plug the plug adapter into an appropriate outlet that
is properly installed in accordance with all local codes and
ordinances.
IMPORTANT: The adapter is only needed for the UK market. It
is useless for the other markets.
MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
IInspect and tighten all parts of the exercise cycle
regularly.
Replace any worn parts immediately.
To clean the exercise cycle, use a damp cloth and a
Power Adaptator
small amount of mild detergent.
Important: To avoid damaging the console, keep
liquids away from the console and keep the console
out of direct sunlight.
