What's New

This section describes some enhancements and fixings available in this software version 9.1.0.37
since previous Avaya XT Series GA version, v9.0.2.44.

Time Settings

In this release, SNTP Servers returned by DHCP (DHCP Option 42, NTP/SNTP RFC 1769), if
available, are preferred to some public Internet Servers for automatic configuration.

In this release, it is also possible to enable geolocation to automatically discover XT time zone.
This allows also the system to apply automatically daylight saving settings, without configuration.

 Enable Geolocation = if "Yes", the XT will detect automatically the correct time zone and the daylight
time value to be applied. If not, you should specify manually the time zone and the start/stop
dates to apply daylight saving adjustment. Default is "Yes".
