application is a Windows based protocol analyzer for
network engineers, LAN administrators, and network
technicians who maintain LANs. The application allows
you to monitor and packet decode data on your local
network. The OptiView Protocol Expert

The Fluke Networks OptiView Console
Windows software tool for network engineers, LAN
administrators, and network technicians who maintain
LANs. The application allows you to monitor, map, and
troubleshoot LAN segments that could consist of servers,
routers, switches, printers, managed hubs, and clients
(hosts and other network devices).
The DSP-FTK Fiber Test Kit is used to measure the
optical power loss of fiber optic cables. The kit includes
an optical power meter (DSP-FOM) and an optical power
source (FOS-850/1300).
Together these instruments can verify the performance
of multimode fiber optic cable.
Simply connect the test kit's RJ-45 connector into the
analyzer's 10/100 BASE-TX port, go to the analyzer's
Cable Test screen and select the Fiber Test tab to
perform fiber measurements. Refer to the analyzer's Help
topic "Fiber Test" for setup procedures. The DSP-FTK
Fiber Test Kit is supplied in a hard carrying case with the
following:
