5) Remove the corrugated board that contains the
engine cover by sliding it straight to a side.
Remove the engine cover from the corrugated
board and remove the vinyl cover.

6) Remove the vinyl cover from the outboard motor.
VINYL COVER
7) Check the parts list for the parts contained in the
package (see P. 8).
8) After checking the parts against the parts list, lift up
the outboard motor (see P. 7).
