9. INDICATOR PANEL

Indicator Panel Installation

1) Determine the indicator panel installation position.
2) Attach the template shown at the end of this
manual at the indicator panel installation position.
3) Drill the holes according to the indication on the
template.

4) Connect the wire harness to the indicator panel
wire harness of the outboard motor side. (Refer to
page 40)
5) Install the indicator panel by tightening the four 5 x
40 mm screws, four 5 mm washers, four 5 mm
spring washers, and the four 5 mm flange nuts.
6) To prevent the indicator panel wire harness and
indicator cord from damage by vibration, secure
the indicator panel wire harness and indicator cord
with the five cable ties that come together with the
outboard motor. Install one cable tie at a point
near the indicator panel and clamp the indicator
cord on proper positions using remaining four
cable tie.
