Overview of the installed modem drivers in

WINDOWS®.

With Properties, you can check settings of the

selected modem and change them.

To change the modem settings, select

Change settings.

Here you can set the maximum baudrate to the

end device.

Note: For communication with SIPROTEC

protection devices, a maximum baud-rate of

57600 must be set.

The Serial Modem that is connected can be

displayed under Diagnostics with its baudrate

(default 9600 8N1).
