4.3 Replacing the standard PSU
Ê Open the server as described in the
Ê Remove the system fan 2 and the system fan 1 as described in the
"System fans" on page
Ê Disconnect all power cables from the system board and the drives (see the
cabling plans in the Appendix of the Options Guide).

Notice the routing of the cables.

Ê Remove the four screws.
Ê Pull the defective power supply unit, without the adapter plate, inward and
take it out of the server.
