important to prevent battery damage when the
temperature is below 0°C (32°F).
1. Charge battery for 10 to 15 minutes at 25 to 30
A or 30 minutes at 10 A.
2. When the battery is fully charged, unplug
the charger from the electrical outlet, then
disconnect the charger leads from the battery
posts (Figure 55).
3. Install the battery in the machine and connect
the battery cables; refer to
(page 42).
Note:
Do not run the machine with the battery
disconnected; electrical damage may occur.

Servicing the Fuses

The electrical system is protected by fuses. However,
it requires no maintenance. If a fuse blows, check the
component and circuit for a malfunction or short.
The fuses are located on right console next to the
seat (Figure 56).
1. To replace the fuses, pull out the fuse to remove
it.
2. Install a new fuse
