Symptoms
1. Music will not play.
2. External player silence.
3. External player sound
quality is not good.
4. Toilet beeps when
unplugged or
plugged in.
5. The key sounds are not
heard when toilet is in
use.

Probable Causes
A. External speaker are selected,
but there are no external
speakers connected.
B. Volume scroll bar is dragged all
the way down.
A. External player volume down to
a minimum or in "mute" state.
A. External player sound quality is
not good.
B. Input signal too high or too low.
A. This is normal operation.
A. The key sounds are not
activated.
Recommended Action
A. Using the remote control, change the
speakers setting by selecting:
[music] > [options] >[toilet]
B. Using the remote control, adjust the
volume setting by selecting: [music]
> [Numi] or [aux] and adjust the
[volume] scroll bar up.
A. Open the volume of external player or
release "mute" state.
A. Change the external player.
B. Set the volume of external sound
input to middle position.
A. No action needed.
B. Using the remote control, enable the key
sounds by selecting: [settings] >
[feature settings] > [key sound] >[enable]
