Symptoms
1. There is no power to
the toilet.
2. Toilet beeps when
unplugged or
plugged in.
3. Remote control tells
you the backup battery
is low.
Lights Troubleshooting
Symptoms
1. Back panel lights do
not illuminate.
2. Toilet beeps when
unplugged or
plugged in.
3. There is an unexpected
light blinking at night.
4. The welcome light and/
or night light are not lit.

Probable Causes
A. Toilet is not plugged in or the
GFCI is tripped.
A. This is normal operation.
A. Backup battery needs to be
replaced. Note: The battery is
only needed when there is a
power outage. It is not required
for normal usage

B. The environment is very bright.
A. This is normal operation.
A. The light is the UV cleaning
indicator. It means the UV
cleaning cycle is in process.
A. The welcome light and/or night
light are not enabled.
