Bidet Troubleshooting
Symptoms
1. Bidet wand fails to
fully retract.
2. The bowl light, located
in the tip of the bidet
wand, does not work.
3. Bidet wand partially
retracts, hesitates, then
fully retracts.
4. Bidet wand moves
erratically or stops.
5. Bidet dryer air is too
hot.
6. Bidet dryer does not
start immediately.
7. Bidet wand fails to
extend, bidet functions
cannot be enabled.

Probable Causes
A. Cleaning cycle of bidet use was
interrupted.
B. The bidet wand spray tip is not
installed correctly.
A. The bowl light feature is not
enabled.
A. This is proper operation. When
the bidet wand hesitates it's
being rinsed off, then it fully
retracts.
A. The bidet wand movement was
interrupted unexpectedly.
A. Temperature is set too high.
Lower the temperature.
A. The wand has not completed
retracting after the bidet wash
cycle has been completed.
A. The user is a small child.
B. The bidet wand is
malfunctioning.
Recommended Action
A. Retract the bidet using the remote control
by selecting; [settings] > [cleaning] >
[manual clean] > [extend wand] > [close].
A. Reinstall the bidet wand spray tip
following the servicing instructions
in this document.
B. Call the Customer Care Center using the
information provided at the back cover.
A. Enable the light using the remote control
by selecting; [settings] > [feature settings]>
[lighting] > [bowl light].
A. No action needed.
A. Press and hold the power button on the
back of the toilet, for 2 seconds, to restart
the system.
B. Call the Customer Care Center using the
information provided at the back cover.
A. Lower the dryer air temperature using
the remote control by selecting; [dryer] >
and moving the [temp.] scroll bar lower.
B. Call the Customer Care Center using the
information provided at the back cover.
A. There is a brief delay while the wand fully
retracts, then extends again for the dryer
cycle.
A. The bidet functions require a sensor in
the ring to be activated. Children less
than 48" (122 cm) may not activate this
sensor.
A. Press and hold the power button on the
back of the toilet, for 2 seconds, to restart
the system.
B. Call the Customer Care Center using the
information provided at the back cover.
