5.2 Setting up the unit on a work surface or underframe

Danger due to heavy weight of the unit (over 60 kg)
• Erect the unit with several people.
• Raise / lower the unit with suitable lifting equipment.
Work surface / underframe must be aligned horizontally
Underframe must be set up in accordance with the planning drawing
1. Lift the unit.
2. Place the unit on the work surface or on the upright bolts of the
underframe.
Risk of scalding due to spillage of hot cooked food
• Attach stickers if the upper insertion rails are higher than 1,6 m (5,3 ft).

3. Clean the adhesion surface for the sticker.
4. Attach the sticker to the cooking chamber door at a height of 1,6 m
(5,3 ft).
Depending on the version, the base frame can be equipped with a
hang-in frame.
The hang-in the frame is used to hold containers, baking sheets and
grates.
