Push the battery hook away from the handset and lift out the battery cover. The battery may now be
removed from the back of the handset.

Use the T5 screwdriver to remove the four case screws located inside the battery compartment.
3.
Carefully prise apart the case and cover, creating a gep at the base I/O connector. Insert the Case
Separation Tool into the gap created, and gently slide the tool in the direction shown, ensuing that the
moulded hooks separate all the way up to point 'A'.
