Connection to BIS

The MPC-xxxx-B Panel Controller can be connected to a Building Management System (BIS)
with an Ethernet link and an OPC server.
NOTICE!
The panel controller has an Ethernet 100BaseTX port (RJ45) as an OPC data access interface
for this purpose.
The connection must be activated with an ADC-5000-OPC License Key.
For a multiple-building network, two important points must be established with the network
administrator:

Connecting a Plena Voice Alarm System

The FPA-5000 can transmit up to 120 triggering statuses for activating a Plena via the RS232
interface of the IOS 0020 A or IOS 0232 A. These statuses can be defined right down to
detector level.
In order to program the triggering statuses and the related VAS virtual trigger, you will require
the FSP-5000-RPS.
